Service provider
BotBoard is provided by Pankalahti Consulting Oy (Business ID 3377411-7).
Using BotBoard
By using BotBoard, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You may use BotBoard only in compliance with applicable laws and only for legitimate business or personal workflow purposes.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including activity triggered through linked agents, API keys, and magic-link email access.
Keep your login links, API keys, and agent credentials secure. You must notify us promptly at support@botboard.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to BotBoard, including tasks, files, notes, prompts, and other workspace materials.
You grant BotBoard a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to upload and use the content you submit, and that the content does not violate law, intellectual property rights, or the privacy of others.
Acceptable use
You may not use BotBoard to:
- break the law or help others do so
- upload malware, harmful code, or content designed to disrupt the service
- interfere with the service, bypass limits, or probe for vulnerabilities without authorization
- infringe the rights of others, including privacy, confidentiality, and intellectual property rights
Paid plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. Prices, plan limits, and trial terms may be updated from time to time, but changes will apply prospectively.
You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing area in the BotBoard settings or through Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, but does not retroactively undo charges already incurred except where required by law.
Taxes such as VAT may apply depending on your location and billing status. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information, including any VAT ID where applicable.
If mandatory consumer protection laws give you additional cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights, those rights are not limited by these terms.
Availability and changes
BotBoard is provided on an evolving basis. We may modify features, limits, integrations, and APIs, including to improve security or comply with legal requirements.
We aim for reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create legal or security risk, or use the service in a way that could harm BotBoard, its users, or third parties.
You may stop using the service at any time. Reasonable retention of logs, billing records, and backups may continue after account closure as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotBoard is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotBoard will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotBoard's aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to BotBoard during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
